We salivate at the idea of rehabbing these gems and giving new owners incredible spaces to call home. Realtors often need to show their clients a vision of what could be. When you partner with us, we facilitate that vision and we also offer a generous referral fee.

Borough creates a series of short videos to provide design inspiration for homes that need a little vision! If applicable, we also include historical information about the architecture and neighborhood, adding a layer of depth and context. These videos are a great resource for selling agents to share with agents and potential buyers, showcasing what’s possible as well as building credibility.
Each video is beautifully edited into three Instagram-friendly shorts to share on both agents’ and Borough’s feed. The fee for these videos vary depending on the size of the home, and can be passed on to the seller much like a staging fee.
Creative sessions are personalized walk-thoughs of a home to spark thought-starters and possibilities. These are great for potential buyers who need real vision on a home that needs extensive remodeling. We foster dialogue to pull out a client’s personal expression and translate that into well-crafted design ideas. The sessions give agents a differentiated way to service high-end clientele and help the home buying experience feel holistic and supported. Each session lasts 1-2 hours and the fee varies depending on the size and scope of the house and project.
We offer a referral fee ranging from $2500-$10,000, depending on the size of the project for any referrals that lead to a design project with Borough. Whether it’s a remodel on a fixer, furnishings for a recently sold property, or a combination of the two, we are excited to partner with realtors and are happy to offer a generous referral fee for their efforts.
We work intentionally with local artists and choose small-batch over mass-produced items. With that in mind, we are alway looking for talented artists to align with.
